Tiffany Waltz is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst with over 16 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, and Autism. She received her B,A. in Psychology in 2007 from The Ohio State University, and her Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis/Emphasis in Autism in 2014 from Ball State University. Prior to starting her graduate degree, Tiffany was introduced to Behavior Analysis while working as a Behavior Technician at a center for individuals with Autism. She has provided services in private home, center, and school settings. During the course of her career, she’s had the opportunity to work with a wide range of ages, as well as professionals in the field of education and Applied Behavior Analysis Tiffany prides herself on always learning something new to better herself as a Behavior Analyst, and providing helpful insights into the different needs of children. Tiffany’s experience has included working with ages ranging from 10-months all the way to adulthood. I addition,her experiences has included severe problem behavior, early intervention, social skills, functional communication training, verbal behavior training, parent training, staff training, and conducting functional analyses. In her spare time, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her friends and family, as well as just hanging out with her crazy cat Jazper. She also enjoys reading a good book, and partaking in an occasional shopping spree.
Tiffany’s approach to therapy is fully committed to making the ABA experience fully client centered, and collaborative. She believes in using positive behavior support strategies, and naturalistic teaching to enhance clinically meaningful treatment outcomes, Each treatment plan and ABA program is individualized to fit the need of the client, as she believes that there is “no one size fits all” approach. The goal of ABA is to help the individual learn new skills, so they can become more independent in all areas of their lives.
Families can expect a fully informed treatment process that includes communication beginning from step 1 (intake process), and throughout the entire treatment process. Families can also expect a fully client centered approach to ABA that focuses on allowing each individual to express who they are, and their interests. Services can be provided to a wide variety of individuals with an autism diagnosis, and severity levels (Level 1, 2, and 3), as well as in a variety of different environments (Home, School, and Community).
