Spenser Macera

My name is Spenser Macera and I have been a BCBA since 2017 and in the field of ABA since 2010. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in 2009 from Lebanon Valley College in PA where I majored in Digital Communications and Art History. My love for ABA started in 2010 when I started a job in a residential facility. Since then, I have worked in homes, schools and centers in my years in the field both as an ABA tech and BCBA. In the years since getting my license I am/have been credentialed in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Oklahoma.

Our approach to ABA is rooted in individualization, ensuring that every client and family receives tailored services that meet their unique needs. We believe that building strong, trusting relationships with our clients is key, and we prioritize creating a safe, comfortable environment where everyone feels supported. Our approach includes involving family members in the process, recognizing that the success of ABA extends beyond the therapist-client dynamic. By working collaboratively with families, we empower them to be active participants in their loved ones' progress and help foster long-term, positive outcomes. Each step we take is centered around compassion, respect, and the goal of achieving meaningful change for every individual we serve.

Our team takes a collaborative approach, working closely with all involved parties—whether it's private services, schools, doctors, or family members—to ensure consistent and effective progress. We believe in fostering open communication, with an emphasis on understanding each individual’s situation and providing a safe space for everyone to feel heard and supported. With our open-minded approach, we strive to create a seamless, unified experience that enhances the growth and success of each client, both in and outside of therapy sessions.
