Sheila Hartley is an Early Childhood Education Consultant and BCBA. Sheila started her career as a preschool teacher. As a mom of four, Sheila thoroughly enjoys helping young children learn through sensory focused and interactive play experiences. She specializes in early intervention and Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI). Play based learning is her passion and she gathers inspiration from the Reggio Emilia and Montessori approaches to learning in early childhood. She provides individualized and family-centered behavior support for children with developmental delays and behavior challenges. Sheila will graduate in 2024 with a Doctorate of Education in Early Childhood Education.
As a leader in early childhood development and behavior support, Sheila is proud to offer her expertise in inclusive early learning practices and behavior development to build stronger learning environments for neurotypical and neurodivergent students. Sheila prides herself on setting her clients up for success. She provides a holistic approach to ABA services that empowers her students to thrive. Consistency in the implementation of recommended support strategies is key for continued growth and development. Sheila advocates for each family to find their best family, therapy, and life balance. ABA therapy is a commitment that requires time and dedication from each person involved. Sheila and her team of ABA professionals work alongside clients and their caregivers to provide neurodiversity affirming learning opportunities and behavior support. Their goal is to advocate for and support their clients in living a fulfilling and passion driven life.
