Kelsey Clay has over 7 years experience in the field of ABA. Starting as an RBT administering 1:1 behavior therapy while she finished her undergraduate degree at San Diego State University, then continuing her journey in the field of ABA working her way up to assistant clinical supervisor while completing her graduate degree at Capella University, and finally becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2021. Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys exploring her city of San Diego with her family and loves to try new coffee shops and restaurants in the area.
Kelsey is passionate about providing compassionate care to her clients and families by putting their wants and needs in the forefront of her practice. She strongly believes that ABA should be provided from a realistic approach that allows clients and families to feel empowered while providing support in a way that makes sense for their lifestyle. Kelsey strives to create a collaborative environment in her practice as to ensure that every client and family plays an important role in their treatment plan.
