Diane is a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a licensed special education teacher, and a loving parent of a child on the autism spectrum. Her path to becoming a BCBA was inspired by her own child's autism diagnosis back in 2008. She completed her Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis at Arizona State University, solidifying her commitment to making a difference in the lives of individuals with autism and their families.
Your child is not one size fits all, and just like them, their Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program should be a perfect fit. While the principles of ABA are firmly grounded in science and research, the application of ABA is a highly individualized process. Diane is committed to providing ABA therapy that is precisely tailored to the unique needs of both the child and their family. It is often said that it takes a village to raise a child, and Diane wholeheartedly embraces the idea of working closely with families, educators, and other therapy providers to create the most optimal outcomes for the child.
When working with Diane, anticipate an approach rooted in collaboration, one that conscientiously considers the needs of both the child and the family. Diane enthusiastically champions what is commonly known as Today's ABA, an ascent-based, person-centered model within the realm of ABA therapy. Diane firmly believes that ABA should be an enjoyable and engaging experience, with our role as BCBAs focused on bringing joy into the journey.
