Beyond Behavior

Beyond Behavior Services was co-founded in 2021 by Whitney Curtis-Huskey and Laurel Marrington. Both Whitney and Laurel are Board Certified Behavior Analysts, and are licensed to practice in the state of Ohio. Laurel has been practicing in the field of ABA since 2003 and has a Masters in Education, as well as her Intervention Specialist Licensure. Whitney has been practicing in the field of ABA since 2017. Prior to joining the field, she worked for the school district in a self-contained classroom setting. Our combined passion in providing quality individualized care led us to found this company.

At Beyond Behavior Services, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to each individual client. Our clients will receive full evaluations, beneficial assessments, and recommendations for future services from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. We know that each of our clients learns in a unique manner and we believe it is our responsibility to utilize the methods that best fit each one of them. We strive to provide a collaborative approach that addresses all areas of life for our clients. Beyond Behavior Services is committed to providing highly individualized ABA services to all.

In collaboration with families, schools and outside therapies, we strive to help our clients meet socially significant goals that will make a lasting impact on their lives. Families can expect to be guided through the care process by their BCBA and direct care team. Our approach to therapy is hands-on, individualized, meaningful and fun. We hope to disseminate all of the positive aspects of ABA and pave new paths for our field.
