Ally has been in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2019. She began her career as a Registered Behavior Technician, working in the home, clinic, and school settings. After finishing two bachelor's degrees in psychology and criminal justice, she pursued a master's degree in psychology with a specialization in ABA. Ally became certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2022. With experience working in the home, clinic, community, and school-based settings, Ally is dedicated to providing support to all individuals on the care team. Outside of work, Ally enjoys camping with her family, exercising, cooking, and trying new restaurants.
With a diverse range of skill sets, she specializes in children 2-6. This focus on early intervention is driven by research supporting intensive ABA services for this age range. She has a passion for a socially meaningful approach that reduces barriers to learning and increases skill growth for all learners. Lastly, there is an emphasis on generalization which equips learners with the skills to engage with different people and environments as well as learn new skills without extensive teaching.
Working with Ally, families can expect an individualized and empathetic approach to therapy. From the beginning of the process, families will find guidance and support where questions and feedback are also welcome. Caregivers can expect staff coming into their homes will remain professional, courtesy, and engaging with all children. Learning will be fun with naturalistic and play based teaching approaches!
